The team led by Anna Bellsolà, third generation from a family of bakers, uses traditional methods and works with a wood-fired oven.

“I like bread. The bread that my grandfather used to make, which brings back memories of humanity, wisdom and work. The bread my grandmother used to sell. The bread that later my father would knead and my mother would sell....and now after all this time, surrounded by the sea, the kneading machine continues kneading, the wood-fired oven continues to run every day, flour fills up every corner of our bakery, and our hands eagerly shape what will become bread. Simply, bread. Cut it, smell it, put it in your mouth and let your senses do the rest. Being able to offer you every day the bread I have always liked finding on the table fills me with satisfaction.”
